Depending on the weight and volume of your order and your delivery address, we will select an appropriate carrier to delivery to dispatch your order. Shipping costs and delivery time vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items you purchase as well as the volume of the package, number of shipments and the shipping option of your order. Order will be dispatched after confirmation of payment.

Some remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Transit time from collection to delivery varies according to the shipping address.

Different Stock Availability – If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.

Dispatching of Orders – Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

Credit Card Checks – Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.

Shirt Printing – Shirts requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days before they are ready to be dispatched.

Items on Available Within – Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page.

Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with every purchase you make, but in some cases a customer may want to return an item.

Shirts that are printed with a custom name, number or patches may not be returned under any circumstances.

Products can be returned for refund if it has never been used so far. And you should submit the requested of return within five days after you received it.

We test our products before we offer them for sale. If you can not use any of our products, please contact us and we will be pleasant to to help you. We are not liable for damage to items after use.
